Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 10-day window

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot guarantee processing for unauthorized returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us through our website.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
